Plaza Rael

Allegrtti Architects Santa Fe, New Mexico

Plaza Rael is a 10,000 square-foot office building located on a major thoroughfare in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  The building is organized into four suites and an atrium lobby.   Local zoning allows for both medical as well as standard office uses.  The architect designed the building to support this option with a 33-space parking lot.  An elevator and shared bathrooms are positioned near the entrance atrium.

Plaza Rael was built in 2001 by Sarcon Construction of Santa Fe, New Mexico.  This affordable spec development was fifty percent occupied upon completion of construction and the remaining suites were leased shortly after.
